Scott Gillanders Award-Winning Lender

Scott Gillanders, esteemed Credit Director at 44BC, was recently recognized within the industry with two distinguished awards. At the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL) Annual Conference in Colorado Springs, Scott received the Emerging Leader of the Year award. This honor was presented by Karen Ladany, COO of NAGGL, following a nomination by his peers and selection by a committee of industry professionals. The event gathered over 1,100 SBA 7(a) lenders, partners, and experts to highlight the ongoing innovation and collaboration shaping the future of small business lending.
Scott was recently recognized as Risk Innovator of the Year at the Corporate Synergy Award Ceremony. He serves as credit director and co-chairs the Beacon Bank & Trust Pride Employees Resource Group. Additionally, Scott is on the board of NAGGL, the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders.
