SBA Loan to Acquire Restaurant, Real Estate and Business

"Thank you, 44 Business Capital for your tremendous knowledge and support during every aspect of my loan process including approval, closing, servicing, and finally refinancing to a commercial loan. I especially want to thank Debbie Godt for her unwavering support for the last three and a half years. I closed on my restaurant acquisition loan on December 30 of 2019, and three months later we were reeling from the COVID pandemic. I was understandably frightened about whether the business would survive. Debbie was incredibly responsive and walked me through the PPP application and forgiveness process to ensure my business stayed afloat. She always answered the phone when I called and put me in touch with those at 44 that could assist me if she was unable to do so herself. When my business was once again flourishing and I was able to refinance my loan to a commercial loan, she provided me with critical documentation from my loan closing with 44 Business Capital to expedite the approval and closing with the new lender. Debbie is knowledgeable, professional, caring, incredibly responsive - as Tina Turner would say, she is 'simply the best'."

CHALLENGE

The business historically did not support the debt service requirements and the borrower had limited cash to inject. 44 structured the deal to meet the SBA injection and cash flow requirements with a seller note and maximized the loan term to 25 years, reducing the monthly loan payments and increasing the borrower's cash flow to grow the business.
