CHALLENGE

John had been working in the cabinetry trade for over 10 years when he joined Kitchen Craft as the Operations Manager in July of 2015. When he found out the owner was looking to retire, he was immediately interested in buying the business, but had no idea how. John's biggest challenge was his down payment. He could scrape enough together for the business acquisition, but not for the real estate. After consulting with Scott Stevens and his attorney, 44 laid out a plan to acquire both - with the help of a couple of John's close friends. Now John owns the business and has big plans to expand its' footprint, customer base and product offerings. The company has re-branded as Alliance Custom Cabinetry.
