A Couple's Passion for Improving Children's Lives Drove this Dream Preschool Project

“Great companies rise to the top by the customer service their employees provide. 44 Business Capital has provided my wife and I exceptional service from our very first due diligence call with Rick, through our funding qualification process with Debbie, to our final phase of construction fund distribution with Roxanne. Even after our last disbursement, 44's service team continues to look out for us and has even secured us government assistance funding which was not even on our radar. This service has been above and beyond, especially since admittedly my wife and I were a little 'green' going into this entire experience. Putting a project like this together has ups and downs and it is refreshing to have a knowledgeable team to lean on, like 44 Business Capital, to get you through it all.”

CHALLENGE

Chris and Sheila Beck were looking to purchase and build a premier preschool option for families in their community. Their dream project included building a commercial real estate structure during the COVID pandemic for a pre-school franchise in Mooresville, North Carolina. As the parents of five children, both biological and adopted, Sheila and Chris know all too well the importance of early childhood education on a child's future success. This husband-and-wife duo may have lacked the building and financial expertise to open an Ivybrook Academy campus but with the help of 44 Business Capital's funding and construction team, they quickly learned the process. The Beck's passion to improve the lives of children, their experience as parents, plus backgrounds working as child advocates and foster parents, helped them navigate their dream project.
