\nDavid Nayor is a finance graduate of Lehigh University. He is an accomplished athlete – a marathon runner, a Category 4 competitive bicycle racer, Olympic distance triathlete, and played Division 1AA college lacrosse. David joins our sales team with over 15 years of nationwide SBA lending experience, structuring and underwriting over $700MM in
\nsmall business loans. An all-around first stringer, David will help establish our brand in Westchester County, Long Island, NY, Connecticut and the surrounding regions

Dana Neas of Abington Township, PA joins 44 as a Vice President, Loan Closing Management in the Philadelphia Office.<\/p><\/div>\n

A graduate of Cedar Crest College, Neas has over 17 years of experience working in the Philadelphia banking industry and a track record of many years volunteering in her community.
